I recently ordered via phone a guacamole crunch wrap with chicken, perfect vegetarian wrap and a lentil soup. I paid extra for chicken. I got home and didn't eat till an hour later when I discovered the guacamole wrap didn't contain chicken. I called the location back at West Babylon and was told I'm sorry bring back the wrap and we'll make you another one. For the inconvenience, y'all want new to drive back with food to then get a "replacement". I don't live around the location and drove to pick up the food. What bothered me was the request for the opened wrap since I opened it up to look for the chicken. That's completely ridiculous to return an opened wrap so they can fill it up with chicken and wrap it up again to give it back to me. I don't eat meat so I was unsure if they placed the chicken into the vegetable wrap since when I ordered it she asked if I wanted chicken inside. I ended up not eating the vegetable wrap and giving it to my friend who ordered the lettuce crunch wrap with the missing chicken. At the end of it all, the soup was decent but I had to season it for it was bland. Yall this food is divineee and the girlies behind the counter will make your whole trip WORTH ITTTT. Just make sure you treat my homegirl Stephanie with somd respect cause shes awesome and she aint no HEPHANIE lol she literally fed me tonight cause I had no money for food and Im not talking scraps so go show this place some love. Very disappointed to walk in 30+ minutes before close into an open door with an open sign to spend money and the lady behind the counter refused to take my order and said they were closed. Gave my business here often as I play next next door and was looking forward to it. Will not be coming back ever. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Everytime I place a takeout order it takes 30+ minutes even for 1 item. The staff is extremely rude and looking for a fight if you have the slightest issue, especially if they messed up on their end. I'm writing this in hopes to get a hold of someone that works for energy fuel. I eat here alot like 4 times a week and while it is at times expensive I am willing to do so to get the good meal that i have come to expect from here. What I got tonight however was literally unedible and completely undercooked soggy meat. Unless I am reimbursed for this meal that I literally can not eat myself and everyone I know around me won't step foot in this place again. Food: 1

We were looking forward to eating here but we had a negative experience due to poor management. There was only one cook in the kitchen, one cashier, the place was also very hot with no AC. The cashier told us that the boss hasn't fix it yet how can this happen? And he didn't know where he was?!! Your employees's well-being is on the line! It is hot and air is polluted. Also, there were a lot of the ingredients that were missing or out of stock. To top it all, the Greek salad was drenched in water and missing ingredients; no napkins, etc. The quesadilla was burned and we had to wait over 40 minutes for our order. Please, the management needs to care for his employees and the business. This branch is going to close up soon if that doesn't change. The only positive thing was the cashier. Love this place, Acai bowls for the win the girl up front is very nice always happy with a smile, also the food is very good healthy and for the amount of food they give great prices for healthy food all the staff members are very respectful they should start closing more later i always come after work for my bowls and the shake are amazing 🤩 I just love everything about this places and the staff makes it ten times better if you are looking for a healthy restaurant and to be treated with respect this is the place to come to. I been coming here for about 4 years and I will never have a complain about them and the store

I’m not one to write reviews but I’m done with this place. The order is always wrong! We paid extra for cheese its not there, they gave us quinoa instead of brown rice, the fries are completely wet and soggy ( u can’t tell from the photo but u can see the condensation from the soaking wet fries) the food seems to just be thrown together quick, it’s bland, and if u call they don’t really seem to care. They said if u don’t want ur fries to be wet and soggy u gotta ask for them to be put in a plastic container instead of their standard box (so they seem to be aware of the problem) There’s more examples but I’m done with this location. If u order from this location I’ll bet more times than not when u get home something will be wrong or missing.

I would give negative stars if I could. haven’t been to energy fuel in a few years. So I figured I’d stop in after a long day and a workout to pick up dinner. I ordered salmon plate and a juice. It was $27. The salmon portion is completely unacceptable.
