Elsa's Boro Cantina impressed me with its friendly staff, fast service, and clean atmosphere. I ordered a variety of chicken wings, including Jamaican jerk, hot wings, and another flavor that I can't recall. The wings were flavorful and cooked to perfection. To accompany the meal, I enjoyed frozen strawberry and a mix of frozen strawberry and raspberry drinks, which were refreshing and delicious. The overall experience at Elsa's Boro Cantina was delightful, and I would recommend it for a casual dining outing with great food and drinks. A wonderful little place. It was clean and well maintained and the food was good. The portions are giant! 2 people could easily share a half of nachos. The only downside was the service was a little slow, but that was because there was only one waitress. She was working her butt off. She was very personable and kind and made sure to take time for each table. Definitely recommend!
