Ordered a small (the cups are so small) caramel, drip coffee with ice and got two sips of coffee for five dollars. Do not make your drink personalized even if it’s just drip because it’s ridiculously overpriced. Get a freezer instead. I normally really like them but was not impressed with this upcharge at all. I even called to make sure it was right and they said it was because of the caramel with the cream and sugar. What? Is cream and sugar not standard?
