I'm only giving 4 stars. I asked for half caf. Half caffeine and half decaf blend. I don't know what I got. It was blond and frothy. Had to pour it out. I even tipped. But I will try again. Give another chance.

High and low I had been searching for a coffee shop that doesn’t over-sweeten their coffee, that doesn’t have a weak taste, and most importantly… a coffee shop that doesn’t give me a cup of coffee I could’ve made at home. Ellanios is my top choice in the area for fresh coffee that is simply *chef’s kiss*. The breakfast bagels are a bonus. My personal favorite is the bacon, egg, and cheese on an asiago bagel. The bagels are definitely made to order as the steam pours off of them for the following 10 minutes. Love the coffee punch card rewards perks. Staff is always so attentive and nice, carrying good conversation and constantly showing their upbeat attitude. I eat here at least three to five times a month because it’s just so good and I crave it.
