So many goodies I want to devour there , had their acai bowl with the green deal drink( love it ) on a empty stomach.....and felt great, so much more energy than I usually have....going to make a routine habit and try all the healthy stuff....highly recommend to give this place a try especially if you like coffee too!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff with a wide assortment of drinks and supplements. We’re lucky to have them in downtown Grass Valley. Don’t pass them up!!!

I go into and am what they consider a regular. I love this place. NINA is such an awesome human and really knows how to take care of us regulars. The Kratom and smoothies are the best. Stop in and check this place out and have NINA make you one of their famous smoothies. KnowPeace

I used to work here 25 years ago when it was a comic book shop for Shane Deadman. Crazy how much things change.
