I've eaten here a lot and would always stop here when passing through town. Recently, it seems like they've been trying to lower costs by reducing the quality of ingredients and serving smaller portions. I just about got sick on my plate when I took a bite of what I thought was pot roast that actually was a golf ball sized glob of 100% fat. That glob was around 20% of the portion of roast. I understand that the price of staples is all over the place and that restaurants run on razor thin margins as it is, but I think raising the price to maintain margins is a better option than what's happening. I also understand not everyone feels the same way. I didn't stop there today and will probably find another place to stop when passing through.
