UPDATE: THESE SOBs DELETED MY REVIEW!!! Very upset. Nurses working in the hospital wanted El Toro. I called in a bulk lunch order from us and among the items ordered were a lunch size and full size fajita's. The gentleman who took my order was very nice and even clarified that I wanted both fajitas. I said yes and he read back the order with both on it. Someone on the way into work stopped to get it for us. When it arrived there was a fajita missing and (we thought at the time) a queso. The lady I spoke to explained that it wasn't on the original ticket. I stated that there was no way I could know that as i called it in and it was read back to me. She got super rude and said they would remake the fajita, but would be "checking the video" to see if we got both quesos. One of the nurses found the queso. She said that they would still make the fajita. Someone went to bring it in for the nurse who didn't get her meal. They made the person who made a special trip for the nurse person pay for the error that EL TORO made. That person said that the guy was nice, but the lady was still rude. I'm angry that they were getting a large order from hospital workers that cannot leave, and (yes it was found) accuse us of lying to get free queso. Not only that but then make someone else pay for their screw up! Food is good but overpriced and due to the horrendous customer service from this lady, I will not go there again.
