My family and I endured a profoundly disappointing experience at this restaurant recently. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome and ignored, with no one attending to us. Our discomfort only escalated as we witnessed a server handling food with bare hands and then using the same hands to handle dishes. The upper limit of our dismay came when we ordered dessert, only to find mold on it upon arrival. Shocked and appalled, we expected a formal apology from the manager or cook, but none came. One of our favorite places to eat out in Lewiston. The food is great, the service is professional and friendly, and we are recognized when we walk in. Now, this is some grandmas cooking. Best service and hospitality i have ever had at any restaurant. Tio Carlos was just like an uncle at grandmas house. Definitely looking forward to dinner again.
