Food was good (As only option in the local area). Service was terrible and worst service in all possible ways. The waitress there was seeming so rude and was not able to cope up with the orders. We waited for our food for about half an hour and that’s okay as food was good. But once the order is on the table, she was not even listening or taking note if we needed anything else. We asked for basic items like salt and pepper, napkins that should be on the table and she wasn’t able to grab that for us even after asking twice. And it’s not the end of this unprofessional behavior. She gave us our check and did not even visit back to get the check. We waited another 15 mins just to pay the check. Isn’t it the height of unprofessional conduct. I would rate in negative for service if I had the chance. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Not recommended to anyone specially due to lack of server management and unpleasant servers.

We loved the restaurant and over all the food was very good, but one of the meals was a soup that was warm, not hot. They did warm it up upon request. But it was a bit slow. Really nice people tho.

Went there recently with a group of friends. The atmosphere is typical for a Mexican place, but probably better than average. The service was prompt and efficient. The food was okay, but nothing special. My companions seemed to enjoy theirs a bit more. It is a convenient and reasonable choice if you are staying nearby.

Love El Rodeo Harrisburg so I HAD to try their Hershey Location! I'm still in Love. The atmosphere to the food are wonderful and authentic. Would highly recommend.
