Ordered Lechón, blood sauce and rice combo with Lapa and Pork Liver, Stomach. The Lechón was crispy but salty and needed to be eaten with rice. The blood sausage is okay. The Lapa root was good, cooked until it is tender and quite tasty. The pork liver was a bit gamey but the pork stomach especially the tomato sauce was delicious. The restaurant only accept cash and there is a small parking lot across the street.
