Amazing steakhouse just on the outskirts of Matagalpa. The food was spectacular, safe for tourists to eat, and prices were reasonable by American standards. The Pullazo is the go-to dish and they do it very well.

This place when busy the service level goes to its lowest. Place your order and wait around an hour. Waitress said 20 minutes but ain’t happening.

I ordered a mix of steak and chicken... the meat was soft and juicy.. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture.. the chicken was also very tasty....
