Shout out to [El Pueblo Mexican Kitchen] Just discovered this restaurant earlier today. My family and I loved it.
Great and helpful staff, very attentive. The food was delicious and most importantly Authentic! They blow some places in Wichita falls outta the water. Give them a shot. 🍻

For Authentic Mexican Cuisine at a reasonable price, try my good friend Carolina Ramirez Cordoba 's El Pueblo Mexican Restaurant on Holliday Street (across from Burger King), down town. She also does catering and has the El Pueblo Taco Truck on Kell Freeway (behind the Starbucks).
The windows are decorated with cactus and sombreros In the center is the El Pueblo Mexican Restaurant name is easy read. There is plenty of parking. Then I walked in to some happy music in the background, , creating a very welcoming environment. Not to mention, how clean it is. 😃👍I
I was given a very large glass of water and a heaping plate of chips, that they fry themselves, and homemade salsa, which has a nice spice to it.
I was not disappointed when I was given a homemade burrito shell wrapped nice and fat with plenty of flavorful shredded beef.
The next plate contained a nice amount of refried beans, rice in a red sauce, and a packed shredded beef taco containing lettuce, tomato and sour cream; all being fresh, flavorful, and delicious! 💕
Whenever I try El Pueblo, whether it's from the truck or sit down restaurant, I leave feeling full and happy. My cravings for authentic Mexican cuisine is always satisfied at El Pueblo.

Service was good not mad about that. I got enchiladas with ground beef my beef was still pink!! That is my only complaint so check your meat if you eat here. The chips and salsa were great the rest of the enchiladas were ok I guess and the burrito was mediocre at best.

I went to lunch with a friend and the food and service was terrible. We were one of two tables and we still couldn’t get our drinks refilled or silverware brought to us bc the server wouldn’t stay off her phone. Then the food came out with old burnt rice and cold enchiladas.
