Omar was fantastic. We live in Aubrey and travel here because of the food is always excellent and the customer service is top tier. I’m not sure if Omar is the manager but he’s for sure leading by example. Love this location and will continue to drive here with my family. Worth the 20min drive Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have not been to an El Pollo Loco since I lived in Los Angeles in the 1980s. I recommended this restaurant to a group I was traveling with, and we all agreed this a better option than where the teenagers chose! But, we each agreed the chicken was a bit overdone and dry. Maybe we just got the last of the batch? Either way, everything else we ate was perfect and reasonably priced.
