Pollo todo quemado muy Mal experience

I go here every single night and order 3 tacos Al carbon combos. Today I went and was handed 3 bowl combos. They charged me more, but I figured it was because the prices went up, so I didn’t think anything of it till they handed me chicken bowls. I told the guy this isn’t what I wanted. He said he would make the tacos. I could keep the bowls. I parked and waited. A girl came out and said I had to give back the bowls they would make my tacos. They were not going to refund me the difference. I recorded the whole thing. Guess I have to find a new place to go because someone forgot to clean out their ears this morning… Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
