Ok strike 1,2,3,4,5.... yeah idk why I still come to this location! I don't even do reviews either but here you go..... this is hands down the worst El Pollo Loco location around the Lakewood area... The food is ALWAYS hit or miss... The workers ALWAYS HAVE a terrible attitude!! Remember workers at this specific location...... I'm choosing not to name you but don't forget you physically "applied" for your job. It wasn't handed to you but it needs to be taken away! Y'all chose to provide service... I bet y'all expect good service when y'all go out and feed your fat faces and family! Don't forget that or karma! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! Last 2 visits not good. First visit.. found hair in my chicken.. 2nd visit chicken was salty and dry. It's like they forgot to add an ingredient like lemon juice or something that gave the chicken a citrus flavor. It tasted like the chicken was only marinated with salt...
