Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. My wife and I shared the cardi b burger and the Marshall Mathers burger. The spice level was perfect and the cream cheese was a nice touch. Large portion of fries. The food was delicious and very filling. For sure would recommend this place to anyone. Very unique different flavors. I had been craving a juicy, cheesy burger for a while & had seen some ads on Facebook for El Pollo Feo. After seeing a picture of The Mac Miller burger, I knew I had to try it. Thank god I did. The burger was delicious. Crispy yet juicy & the aioli had the perfect amount of spice/bacon flavor. Hot & fresh & only took about 5 minutes to get my order. I’ll definitely be back !!! This is a food truck so atmosphere is irrelevant but their smash burgers are to die for and as many as I keep eating, that may happen sooner rather than later. I haven't tried the fries but everyone says they are great. I hate it when they are closed. This is truly the best burger place in Bellingham. I’ve always been convinced there just weren’t any really great burger places here until trying El Pollo Feo. The burgers have a slight crisp yet so juicy and cheesy. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but had to in this case! This place needs more recognition!!
