I was there with a very special person once. We shared a dish of steak fajitas and I really enjoyed his company. He showed me the Shell Plant close to Pittsburgh, where he was working at the time. We stayed at his townhouse, close to the Chippewa Plaza. We went on a drive in a small town, to a German restaurant, that I will never forget. And we walked on a long trail, in the fall of 2023. Ordered for take out. Left out a $15 entree. I was told sorry we put it in the bag, you're wrong. I said are you kidding me. He kept saying nothing I can do. Then with a full lobby of people, he started laughing with his two sidekick employees. Just kidding he said. He wasn't kidding. Waited for the food. By the way, it was the wrong food when I got it 10 minutes later. Along with one of the other entrees ordered already at home... wrong. Mistakes happen. But laughing at the customer. Not apologizing for the mistake and the extra trip. And the food was not worth it. Dry bland enchiladas. The sopapilla was a tortilla fried with sugar/cinnamon/whipped cream -- as low quality as the staff/customer service.
