We had the Blood Sausage, Regular Sausage, and BBQ Pork Ribs. Blood Sausage was the best! The rest was not horrible. This is the place to come for the Pork Highway experience. Band playing in the back ground (as in PR fashion very load and fun) and roasting pigs on a big spit was the full experience! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Stopped by on a slow rainy day. Server was so kind and let us try samples of a bunch of things. Pork stomach stew was new to us and very good. Lechon was dryer than some of the other lechon on the famous ruta. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Located in Guavate, this place is great for a fun filled stop when you are in the area. Live music on weekends, ample parking, traditional pr food. Great drinks . Friendly patrons are dance crazed… so do not shy out of dancing!!! Lechon was amazing, crispy skin and juicy flavors. Also enjoyed a pina colada here. If there were ten stars I would try to give it eleven. Walk up service, seat your self. Live music was very loud, people were dancing. Best roast pork I have ever eaten. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I dont rate often but with all the choices in the area I thought this may help. We tried 2 or 3 places and this was the best pork we ate. The staff was friendly and patient with a couple of guys from VA and NC looking for great roasted pork. Whole hog is hard to get right - the flavoring is often lacking and meat dry but this was flavorful and moist. The experience was great... mostly locals but a few tourists at noon on a Sunday. Be sure to try the fish stew(?) and 'homemade' rum. Kudos to the owners of this place from someone that aspires to be a pitmaster himself.

YES! The Best Place to Eat Lechon Asado (Fire Roasted Pork) with the Family! Awesome Atmosphere and Great Music to Enjoy while Eating with the Family! Totally Recommend it to The Whole Family!
