We arrived with only 2 other tables with people there. We ordered cayo Blanco, chuleton and a children's chicken fingers. We waited over an hour for food! The children's chicken fingers and fries was more food than the two adult meals and was less than half the cost. Expected bigger portions for the cost of the adult meals. $4 for an 8oz locally made beer is crazy! You get bigger portions for the same cost in NYC, one of the most expensive cities in the US. On top of it, the waitress came to try and clear plates when they still clearly had food and we were still eating. This is my second time to vieques and will not be coming back to this establishment on future trips. Go to Mama Mia's instead, you'll get more bang for your buck.
TL:DR too much money for the small mediocre portions that are served. Long wait and rude staff.

My family and I ended up here based on the pictures and reviews, which are inaccurate. The only good thing about this place is the waitress, since there are friendly, and the mojitos. The appetizer took 30 minutes, and it was not like something special. The beers were not cold. Something was smelling rotten, but we thought it was the trash or something and it was actually a rotten snapper that was served to the table next to us and it was the same plate I was going to order, so that was a bummer. Our food took 45 minutes and the fish stick or Mero was actually tasting like refrozen food that you leave on your freezer for years. As a tourist attraction mention on the Vieques discovery Map you should be ashamed. You need a new chef or a new manager. Also the place was not even busy, since we were the only one there. DO NOT go to this place, be aware!

Staff is disrespectful to guess, I have never experienced such a lack of respect for costumers if I could give it 0 starts I would.

The restaurant is downtown Isabel II it has an indoor and outdoor space. MOST Food is over GREESY, poor quality, overcooked, DRY, overpriced and salty. It’s fine if you’re starving or if there isn’t anything open. Drinks are fine, service is good.
Place isn’t that clean. I took a pick at the kitchen and I won’t eat there ever again.
I am frankly surprised these places are open and serving food. You’ll be lucky not to get salmonella. These people think tourists are stupid.
Had a party of 5 at this restaurant last night. It took 1 hour for the first four entrees to be served. The fifth entree was served an additional 30 minutes after the first four. All five entrees were overcooked, three to the point of being inedible. Stay away from this place. Worst service and food I have ever experienced.
