I went here tonight for the first time, and it didn’t disappoint!!! The atmosphere is vibrant and colorful, which is just a bonus to the amazing food!! The loaded nachos are easily the best nachos I’ve ever had, AND THE CHIPS DIDN’T BREAK ON ME!! Definitely a new favorite <3 Thank you to the lovely staff for giving us great service and an awesome dinner!! I will start off by saying the staff is very friendly. However my food was cold and I had to return tacos because I ordered fish tacos and got shrimp tacos instead. I’m allergic to shrimp so that is a big no. Yes it was replaced but my order was rushed and it didn’t taste well done. I would have preferred to just have my money returned or a gift card for the inconvenience. By far the worst service .It’s a shame because the food is pretty good . I’ve been to a couple of El limons other locations. (The one in Fraser and the one on Ridge near Norristown.)This place just sent can’t seem to get it right when it comes to service The place wasn’t full at all . There was one table of two people who had finished their meal and on the other side of the room, there was two tables, and yet I sat down for 15 minutes while the waiter just walked around, Maybe try also cook the food? Wont be going there again. Service: 1
