Go to place in Bethlehem for Mexican Food. The good thing is that it is one amongst the few in that area to be open until 2 AM. The food is simple, great! The menu provides good number of options. Their steak has become good and not so chewy. For a long time, I avoided this place cause their meat was horrible, but after a couple of visits, I can now give you a good review for improving. Keep up the good work

El Jefe’s is always good. It’s like a hometown Chipotle. This was my first time for breakfast. I just wanted something small so I ordered a single breakfast burrito. It came with eggs, rice, beans, and my choice of toppings so I chose turkey sausage and guacamole. The eggs were cooked to order. Everything is made in front of you when you order, just like Chipotle. It can get packed in here late at night since they’re open until 2am and in a college town, but they always move quickly. If you want a burrito, with some of the best Mexican rice, that you can eat for two meals for $11 this is the place! What a great variety of fresh items cooked right behind the counter at any time of the day or night. If I am in Bethlehem, I will go out of my way to stop here. Everything I have ever ordered here has been amazing! The service is fast, and the atmosphere is amazing, it brings a great casual vibe with tons of different options. 10/10 Would recommend!
