My favorite Green Chili. The mild is the absolute best. Flavor bomb with just the right amount of kick for me. The beans as well, creamy and so much flavor. I truly hope they never close. It has become one of my comfort foods over the years. Thank you for such wonderful food! I always thought the place must have pretty good food because the line through the drive-thru was always really long. As it turns out it's just really slow. I ordered a tostada a taco and green chili cheese fries. the tostada was the best thing we had. The ground beef on the taco was dry and the carne asada was chewy and not really grilled. They also charge a 5% convenience fee for what I believe is going through the drive-through instead of coming inside the building. Atmosphere is basic service was depressing but the food was amazing 👏... and there tamales are pretty decent which is rare if not homemade... definitely recommend this restaurant just wish service was friendlier! Got two orders of carne Asada fries and the chili literally had zero flavor. For the price of $30.00 I was expecting higher food quality. People complain about Santiago‘s but at least their food has flavor and is half the price for the same order. Definitely won’t be back. Ordered some smothered fries, weren't able to call them that. I stopped by because I love chubbys and I was starving. Usually when you're really hungry everything tastes good. The fries i ordered were not good, at all. Flavorless, fries were really thick, and the smothered sauce they used didnt have any taste to it. I was really disappointed. Honest feedback. FOOD here is actually pretty good. Always happy with how it tastes but the drive through wait is RIDICULOUS. You will be waiting for an hour from ordering to paying. Feels like going inside and dining would just be better. I would think the drive through would be a bit quicker hence why they even have one.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. They charge a convenience fee. I paid cash and asked why they charged me extra and they said you get charged a convenience fee to pay with cash or card. There were charges for my food, taxes and a convenience fee. The convenience fee was based off percentage. There were three chicharrones in my burrito and the food was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Poor quality and overcharging.
