Food was pretty good but the service really lacked. We had Aaron say he was our waiter but after taking our order he didn’t come back unless we stopped him when passing by which leads to a lower rating on service. Had to ask for a hotter salsa, had to ask for more salsa then ask for more chips, had to ask for straws. We asked for lemon in our water and he brought us slices of limes and charged us $1, a little odd and unexpected but ok. I didn’t expect my burrito to come wrapped in foil, made it seem more like a lunch burrito you order off a lunch truck, didn’t feel like we were ordering a dinner plate. If you look at my plate the burrito it quit large, I wish they put the burrito on a larger plate so I could manage it better while cutting into it. Needed more salsa to pour some on my burrito but no one available. Wife got something she didn’t expect but no one available. Saw Aaron and signaled for the check although he nodded yes he was extremely busy with others, serving things and getting more orders from new patrons. Fortunately the girl greeting saw us as I hand signaled for the check and closed us out. The robot they have delivering food to the table to wait for a server to hand place is insanely futuristic and amazing, but don’t think we would come back to this place with the poor server we received. Cannot recommend this place but it is extremely busy so they must be doing something right. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
