Chille Rellenos came out undercooked, Ice cold in fact. The rice and refried beans were piping hot. I was in a time crunch and couldn't send them back to be heated. The flavor of everything was excellent. The service was great except that I mentioned the issue to my waitress and the manager. Neither offered me anything, no free dessert, comped drink, 10% off the bill, credit for a future purchase..nothing. For $30 for a meal they need to do better imo. Dear Management, Please explain why you would have a violent police show on your TV’s for your patrons. Do customers really want to watch people getting shot, or a woman in a choke hold with a gun pointed to her head while trying to have a meal? Do you really think that we would want our children to see these violent shows that are rated TV 14? Besides the awful atmosphere, the food is very good and our waitress was nice. Atmosphere- 1 out of 10. Food - 9 out of 10. Service - 9 out of 10. I mean seriously, what are you thinking to have such ghetto garbage on your TV screens? It’s up to the manager to make sure that the customers have a pleasant experience, so there’s no excuses. This brought my rating down to two stars. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Me and my, girlfriend were just in there yesterday. The food was, excellent and the service was just as good. Our server was Jenny W, and deserves a big kudos.She made our visit enjoyable.I order the chicken orginial combination,and Marsha ordered the chicken fajitas/tortillas. The portions are huge, I struggled but fought through to finishing it lol. Marsha needed a box but,it tasted just as good heated up later that night.I love the chips and salsa as well.We spent forty three sixty two and we think it was very fair, for the quality and portion of food we got. The food here is amazing! They were super busy when we were there for lunch but the service was great, food was so fresh and amazing, and it’s really nice inside the restaurant. Every time my husband and I come in from out of town we eat here, and it’s something we look forward to. We have family that lives in town and they go there all the time! I love coming to this restaurant, but I frequently find myself asking for easy meat on my nachos because of the normal portion - and every time it seems like the word "easy" is just a four letter word. I ordered easy chicken every time, never got easy anything; tried easy beef, same problem. While I'm sure many appreciate generous portions, I sincerely hope there is more attention given when people ask for less. The photo I've attached was my most recent visit where I asked for easy beef. There was an entire layer of beef over every chip and I could only eat maybe half before I had to give up on salvaging my own meal. Additionally, this picture was after stacking the chips from the center of the plate to one side to save what I could eat, so the plate looks emptier than what I actually got down. At first I thought maybe the easy beef was not heard, so I didn't make a fuss about it in case it was an ordering error, but the server herself walked past and said "So much for the easy beef, huh?", so I knew I wasn't crazy. She was probably nervous I'd raise an issue about it, but I was in a rush to leave so I could work so I ate what I could manage and went on my way. As someone who plans to come back, and who only ever orders the same thing, I hope someone can remind those making the food what light portioning is, because I frequently feel like I can barely eat what I ordered since it's hard to eat nachos that are 90% meat even AFTER specifying easy meat. The service is always great, and for that reason I've bit my tongue and figured it out, but it's happened every time I have came in recent months and it's quite disappointing to pay for a meal I can hardly eat. July 2023 - the family decided on this place for dinner. We ordered some burritos for my daughters. However, If you have not been here you need to try the botana and the combination. I did chicken and my wife did beef for the combination. You received a lot of food and a salad on the side. There is another option, a big chip. My daughters loved their food and it was really good the next day. We received a big bag of chips and salsa and the size is based on how much you order. The inside looks very nice and they have outdoor seating. If you have not been here I do suggest you try it. Also a great place to take a date or take the family. Two words. Puffy. Tacos. They have the best tacos, period! Ordered the combination platter, with jalapeno nachos and chips and salsa. Everything was great! Service was on point the whole time. Our drinks were never empty and the salsa was flowing as needed. It was a great experience and I am happy to go back soon and get some more tasty food!
