Clean and nice place, food lacked of flavor and quality, I ordered 3 tacos and it looked like the meat has been reheated more than twice, super dry and crispy, wich it shouldn't be and when I bought it to my server's attention she said, "I didn't cooked the meat". When I arrived I took a seat at the bar and the bartender was quick to take my order for a margarita, which was pretty good. The fee salsa had little flavor but the chips were pretty good. The enchilada and tamale combo I ordered arrived quickly, however the whole meal seemed like it just came out of the microwave. Overall i thought the price was a bit too expensive for food you can get better at an authentic taqueria for the same price. Went on a Friday night, and while my tacos were good (rice and beans were, too) - our service was...not great. When I asked for a drink menu, I was asked what kind of drink I wanted, and not given a menu. Jalapeño margarita was watery and tasted like some sliced jalapeños were thrown in. We felt rushed through our meal by our waitress, and wish you could get three different types of meat with their taco platter. Parking can be full on a Friday night, but even with that, we didn't have to wait for a table, which was nice. Burritos were HUGE and looked delicious! Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Big portions. Fajitas were well seasoned. Staff not as attentive though. Rice and beans were bland. Esquite Guac was great. Food wasn't spicy, and when asked for sauce, they charged for the sauces, which was a first. Tomatillo sauce was good though, the other was in fact really spicy but my mom liked it. My favorite Mexican restaurant in the Madison area so far. Finally a place with incredible free chips and salsa at the table! The guacamole is fantastic and the prices are super reasonable. I got the Chicken Enchiladas and the rest of the party got the Quesadilla Fajitas and the Veggie Fajitas. Everyone enjoyed their food. The food was a little salty for my taste but that's to be expected with the cuisine. We had immediate seating even though it looked to be rather busy. The service wasn't stellar but I suspect they are short staffed and it was a busier Saturday night. Regardless our server was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend. FANTASTIC start to finish! You’ll be glad you came by. The staff are prompt, and attentive and kind! The service is top notch while being friendly and fun. The tropical pineapple was a delicious feast of flavors that make your taste buds come alive. To top it off, there is lovely live music and infectious cheer that takes over the room! We've gone twice now on a Friday between 5-6 and have gotten sat right away. I got chips and salsa within minutes, which my kids love. Same Waitress both times and super nice fast service. My husband and I stopped here for dinner. We were seated promptly and were given chips and salsa immediately. The restaurant was clean and very well kept. Our waitress and the other staff were very friendly. Our food was hot and plentiful when it was brought out. We both were very happy with our food. We will return another time for dinner.
