Although I haven't tried their burger, I must commend the delightful flavors of the "Mojito de Coco" and the "Croquetas de Bacalao." The family-friendly atmosphere, along with the attentive bartender and owner, made for a truly enjoyable experience.

Mix feelings here...every time I hit the bar the service is super sllloooowwww even in low hours. Food is good; I enjoy the burgers. Drinks are ok and staff is friendly enough when they actually serve you. On tables the service is faster and better. Had the impression that a big part of the wait time is related to drinks and beverages service.
I've been in PR for six months now, so I've come to know and expect many things that are different from the mainland. In general everyone is very nice and happy to accommodate my lack of mastery of the Spanish language. This was no exception. However, that was pretty much where the pleasant part ended.
I ordered a drink and a meal and each came. However, I was ready for another drink and could not find my waitress... or anyone else. At some point I realized I could not see my waitress because she was behind a column chatting up a bar resident. Eventually she came out from behind the bar and I thought she'd check in on me, but no, she was pulling up a stool at the bar to talk with this guy better. I guess her feet were bothering her.
It was around 25 minutes after the food came that a kid (maybe 18 y/o) checked on me. When I explained how long I had been waiting he felt it had nothing to do with him. When I reiterated that I had been looking for a drink for over 15 minutes he said I could leave. So I did and I won't be back. I don't enter a restaurant to be ignored. I enter a restaurant to have food and drink served to me. This level of a relaxed work environment is not typical of PR and I expect we can do better at other restaurants.
