Overall, this is still one of my favorite authentic Mexican restaurants in our area. Fast, friendly service and the food is absolutely delicious! I am updating my review to give praise to the owners. The bathrooms have been updated, and the overall food experience seems to have leveled up! Keep up the great work and give your staff and chefs an extra pat on the back! Met there a couple days ago for lunch with a friend. My friend and I travel in different circles, so we couldn't have gotten a bug anywhere else. Yesterday we were both violently ill. I called the restaurant and left my name and number but no one has apologized or reached out. I don't want anything free. But I do know if a customer tells you they got ill after eating at your place, it's mandatory you contact the health department. The food was terrific! The service was mediocre at best. Took forever to take our drink order so by the time she came for that we were ready to order. His food and one plate of my fajitas came out and then we waited about five minutes for the main part of my meal. We felt very ignored and our tip reflected that.
