This was my worst experience ever. I didn't understand why every other customer got their food handed to them. I was the last customer who ordered and I was standing where everyone else did to pick up and yet my food got thrown on the counter on the other side by where you order. Why? Why didn't my order get handed to me. So I called cause no manager was around. And lovely Danielle hernandez got on the phone and was the worst person I have ever come across as her excuse was he must have got busy doing something else. When die the customer stop being #1. Cause without the customer why would the business be needed. I felt disrespected and Danielle didn't care at all. The food was disgusting. Thrown in the bag and not even warm. It was gross. I won't ever support this kind of service. Danielle doesn't deserve my money. If she is OK with the service I got and the quality of food sucking than I would rather go somewhere else and support them. Danielle is rude and disrespectful. I have been going to this Einstein location ever since moving to Surprise in May 2020. I always order ahead with their app and get a toasted bagel + plain smear and a coffee (so convenient!). The bagel and either hot or iced coffee is always good. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because as of Oct 2022, they cut back on the amount of smear they use on their bagels. No smear: $2.49 (pre tax) Plain smear: $4.28 (pre tax) It's hard to justify $1.79 for smear with the amount they use now (see pictures). It took me 3 months from the last time I ate here in Oct 2022 until this morning Jan 2023, and there has been no increase in the amount of smear. I was hoping the October visits were a fluke, and they started putting the normal amount of smear on again. They haven't. 😢 --------- Update 2/11/2023 I just went back this morning, and they have completely redeemed themselves. My Asiago bagel w/ cream cheese has a BUNCH of cream cheese on it, just like the old days!! I'm now a satisfied customer! Thank you!! 😁 Rating has been updated from 4 to 5 🌟's.

Everything was amazing. I gave the bagelrito a try and definitely will get again. The Texas brisket has always been my favorite but the bagelrito is a close 2nd. The orange juice is pretty good tasting not like other places. The twice baked hash brown taste like a holiday with crunchy cheese on potato casserole absolutely love it!!

Pretty good sandwich for a decent price, husband and I got the farmhouse egg sandwiches and almond milk mocha which was sweet. The cracked pepper cream cheese was really good! I'd go back

Pictured. Chorizo sunrise egg sandwich. Half eaten is bacon. avocado tomato egg sandwich . Both were surprisingly tasty I'm more the spicy type..The bagels are soft and fresh. The restaurant was clean with a handful of patrons .we split half of each and was filled up. I thought it was a little pricey but still 5 stars . This is a nice spot for a quick bite. Give it a try.

Our family loves Einsteins bagels! However, we have visited 3 Einstein locations this month already and this is the first location that we have been to that is skimping everyone on cream cheese! What is the reason for this? Why is this location not consistent with the other locations? Why do I have to drive to another location, further away from my residence, to enjoy what should be the “same” bagel? Not sure if the problem lies within the staff or management, but from looking at other reviews, I am clearly not the first person to notice this. Sounds like another problem that someone is refusing to fix…
