They were all so nice! They gave me birthday tips, asked about my holiday plans, and refilled my coffee on the spot. They each wished me a great day with a smile on their face. It was a great start to my day! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everything was fine except the app. I had a challenge adding my city to my online purchase info. I had to change it for it to accept it. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Breakfast Sandwich
Great bagels, but terrible system for handling the customer load. It takes way too long to get an order through the process. Ordering online in advance helps a lot. For some reason there are only three booths in the restaurant. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Breakfast Sandwich
This branch is the right example for terrible customer service. The employee who was taking our order and making our bagels was speaking with us like she was doing us a favor and that we had forced her to come in to work. Hygiene while making the bagels was also subpar. I love Einstein bagels, but this is a branch I will definitely be avoiding from now on.
Begals are awesome. Staff is very cooperative Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Recently tried this place. I love it! So much better than Tim hortons bagels and that was my go to.
So, we ordered two tasty turkey sandwiches online for pickup in store. One sandwich is missing turkey entirely. The other sandwich has a good serving of turkey on it, but it was mangled so bad by whoever cut the sandwich in half that my husband is eating it with a fork.

We placed an online order for pickup (not at prime time where it was busy - like 11:45am). Of the 5 items - 4 were either missing, wrong or the machine was broken. We were informed that the latte machine was down - understandable and they refunded us for that. We got home and no hash brown, no doggie bagel and the Sante Fe sandwich was a lunch meat turkey and cheddar sandwich. I tried calling the store several times and no answer. The app really needs a feature to identify when there are issues with an order. 100% disappointed that so many issues can happen with a small order.

This location is usually very fast since most people go to the Starbucks next door. Their bagel sandwiches are decent too!
I don't know how a bigger type chain store like Einstein can charge $1.69 for a borderline super market tasting bagel, especially when you can get a larger, hand rolled, quality bagel at a nearby local biz like Jersey Bagel or New York Bagel, for a LOWER price to boot!!
