I went to have some breakfast and I ordered a bagel and I asked about the orange juice is it freshly squeezed orange juice and the girl who works there said yes. However, I took my order and I left the store and when I tried the orange juice it was not fresh at all and it was made of water, sugar and concentrate juice. I paid $5 for juice that I could not drink. The bagel was good. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

First time EVERRR and I am in LOVE! Such wonderful customer service, friendly and lively. Everything baked fresh. There is a flavor for every pallet and if you’ve only heard of the Everything Bagel 🥯 you are missing out. Get yourself into the nearest location and ENJOY! Worth.Every.Bite!

I come here every morning at the same time and get the same order every time. The issue is that a large coffee and a farm house sandwich with 2 eggs now seem to have a different price with different cashiers. Today was over $12, yesterday and last week was $11. The food also just looked sloppy and soggy and crudely slapped together (unlike normal)

I really enjoy this place, especially because we had one of these back in Wisconsin. Their breakfast sandwiches are top notch and since I'm there at least once or twice every few weeks I decided to sign up for their points program. Online ordering you are unable to order a half dozen or dozen bagels of choice. - You must get their preselected combinations. We ordered 2 onion bagels and 2 plain bagels individually. What we received looked like 4 muffins or mini loafs. They don't resemble bagels at all. Disappointed with what we received for 4 bagels and being unable to order a half dozen or the dozen bagels we wanted. These bagels were a joke.

The food is always great but hearing the shift lead or manager condescending her team out loud in front of customers is extremely off-putting. I would never want to work for her. The types of corrections she is trying to make with her employees should not be customer facing... Discuss them before the shift, on a break or in the back room. Also be the positive voice your team needs as that attitude trickles down to how your customers feel treated. She needs to check her attitude at the door.

So I ordered the nova lox bagel. Usually I have really great experience with Einstein's. The portion of lox they put on the bagel here at best seemed like a half serving when compared to all of the other Einstein locations I have been to. These people need to take a trip to Denver airport to see how it's really done. Where is the lox???? I shouldn't be able to see that much cream cheese lol.....

Bagel/Food was great per usual however there was a manager working at 10am on Friday 7/28 who was treating staff extremely poorly during a rush, she had no name tag on unfortunately. She was also speaking very in a very condescending tone with customers when she would give out their orders. These kinds of people will make your staff quit and find employment elsewhere. Major props to all employees working under her for handling her tone/attitude with extreme professionalism.
