I used to love going here but now it’s gone down hill. The egg on the sandwich was cold, then she made it wrong on top of that it lacked that flavor and zest I normally get from other establishments.
The bathroom is pretty dirty and needs to be deeply cleaned by staff. If I was the owner I’d be embarrassed of the Lack of cleanness especially when a couple of the ladies are just standing around waiting for the next customer.

Been going here for over 10 years. We have seen many changes as far as managers. We have also seen a decline in the cleanliness of the restaurant. Coffee bar is dirty.....tables ...floors etc.
All the employees are very nice but the place needs to be clean. I hope this review comes across as corrective because I enjoy going here with my husband but I want to know it's clean and up to standards that I expect.

I am not one to leave reviews, but I really wanted to today. I’ve had Einstein bagels plenty of times but have never been inside of one. Went this morning and was immediately welcomed by the sweetest woman. She helped me with my order, gave me some suggestions & even treated me with a few freebies. This place felt warm & inviting, and of course, the bagels & schmears were on point. I would absolutely go back…I hope that woman knows her kindness went a long way to making my family’s morning! <3 <3 <3

Today I had an excellent morning thanks to this guy, he is a great employee who knows Customer Service very well, he made me remember the golden age of the United States many years ago. Congratulations on having good staff. 5 stars for this young man.
This was my first time buying and I did my order online instead of going inside I was excited about the experience until I walk to the tool area in the levy toss my bag on the to go area as if it was a sack of potatoes. I don’t appreciate that. It just gave me rude vibes and I don’t think I will be back to this location until I feel comfortable to know that my food would be handled properly.

Giving an extra star because I love einstien I avoid this location like it’s the plague. Not only are the employees not that friendly and welcoming, the manager for that location is horrid. He’s always rude and for someone who already has anxiety ordering, he makes you feel even worse, one time he even aggressively told me as I walked in “what do you want” and from there I just wish I never walked in. I go from time to time since it is close by but Now I have to drive to a whole other location to get some bagels and it’s sad. Like being someone who’s worked in CS, I don’t expect any of that stuff like people need to alwyas smile and be happy, because it can get exhausting and we all have our days and stuff like that. So I don’t expect that but you don’t have to be so obnoxiously rude all the time, it just makes me wonder what makes him so miserable.

I walked in and left because of the lack of customer service. I got asked 3 times what do you want when I was still reading the menu. I asked a simple question about if the small smears were available for purchase and she proceeds rudely to tell me its this amount for bagel and smear. So I stated I'll keep looking. Her and her co worker were talking about me and laughing so I left. I'll never come here again.

They get one extra star for not screwing up my food. How do you forget to put salmon on nova lox?! Where are my kids's chips that were supposed to come with their order? How are they making this many mistakes and still charging what they do?????
