They got my order totally wrong. I ordered 2 sesame seed bagels, one with strawberry cream cheese. I got 1 plain bagels with the strawberry cream cheese and 1 sesame. Both were toasted and I didn't request that nor was I asked. Totally disappointed. My first time there because I had just recently discovered they existed in our area. Atmosphere: 2
