Super fresh bagels and really great service as well!
Went in to pick up 2 free bagels I got for taking a survey on a previous order, and they didn't even ask me to show the email with the confirmation or anything!
Cashier was super nice with making a recommendations. Really great conversation and he even went and just picked up a bagel He recommended for me so I didn't have to wait in line when I wanted to get an extra (after realizing that I had another discount on my account).
All the bagels were soft to just the right amount. Not rock hard like you get it. Some other places. Super fresh even the next day.
Got the Asiago, Pumpernickel and Ancient Grain; all soft and nice.
Used them to make breakfast sandwiches at home and they came out so well.
I have been to this Einstein Bagels twice. Both times the cashier was not smiling and was unfriendly. Both just said, "What do you want?". This lasy time we waited over 15 minutes for our food. My husband had to go up and ask why everyone else (those ordering after us) had their food. They just turned around and handed us our food with no comment. We specifically asked if we could have our bagel toasted. It was not. We asked for light shmear, but they gave us extra.
