I called 2 days ahead of time to try to place an order for 2 brunch boxes for my company. They said theyd ask a manager and call me back. They never called, so i called again the next morning. The manager said they can make it when I want to pick it up because it wouldn't take long to make. When I went in 2 days later at 7:30 am when they opened, they had no idea what I was talking about. I told them a manager said they would be able to make it and it's for my company that's why I called 2 days prior. If they couldn't make it I could've made other arrangements. I understand some places dont serve it that's why I called. I showed them what it was online and they said they can still make it, which I told them I really appreciated. I went and sat down to wait, then the girl working came up to me to tell me next time if I can communicate better and give them a heads up. I told her that's why I called 2 days earlier and their manager is the one with the bad communication. Then she said well maybe you can order ahead of time. I told her I tried and they said I didn't have to that's why I called 2 days prior. When they finally got done making it almost an hour later I went to pay with my company card which they don't accept so i had to pay cash. Ugh... worst experience ever!
Judy is always a joy to see in the morning and the food is pretty good too - one of the more affordable places on campus and made to order while you wait - almost everything is made fresh so a nice alternative to other eats on campus - ride safe Kg
It’s great, but they are closed for the summer! They need to correct this in the hours on here. Also, for those who could not find it, it is on campus in the Occiato Student Center Building.
Terrible location i drove in from springs from work said it would only take 15 mins took me 30 mons and couldnt even find it, when i called the lady told me it was on the campus and she couldnt tell me where they were located. Stupid.
