Eest is always outstanding. Their lunch buffet is great, with a large selection of sushi and a couple of very tasty hot Thai dishes. Lunch is 115:- not the cheapest but definitely one of my favorite lunch destinations in Borås
Eest offers a great variety of all you can eat sushi for 135 sek. They also have thai food if you’re not fond of sushi but it was not that good.
Good Sushi, does not offer free soda but overall a good all you can eat place Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 100–200 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Sushi Buffet

Lunch bufe Standard Fastfood Asian you find in most Fastfood Asian restaurants in Sweden and mediocre sushi. If you go stick to the vegetarian sushi.
Super tasty and innovative sushi for Sweden and Borås, I'm impressed! But a little expensive for lunch, and seriously you have to include coffee! Better budget sushi than in Gothenburg, well done!

the staff keep staring at you , you will have a weird feeling , not a very welcoming atmosphere . the food is ok if you arrive early medium to low quality in general , if your late you will end up eating what remains on the table , same menu every day , they also increased their price per person , I dnt recommend .
The quality has gone up significantly since my last visit before covid. Still not the best sushi you can get, but it was not bad and "crispy" like last time. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 100–200

All looks good and taste good(little at the salty side), BUT... soy sauce is as chemical & salty as it can get! A drop of it on your tongue feels like burning your tongue! And sadly, There is no other option either! In my experience(I'm a sushi fan) there should be 2 choices for soy sauce, regular & less salty one.
OK sushi lunch buffet. The sushi rice had a good consistency and was not too sweet. Eest has a lot of choises for sushi rolls and a few nigiris but what I missed most was the sashimi. I do however understand that buffet sashimi may not be as profitable for the restaurant but it would really have been a great addition to the buffet. The makis had for me a bit odd toppings as i enjoy the traditional roe toppings, but if you enjoy assorted vegetables in mayo, you'll have plenty to chose from. For all you can eat sushi, sek 125 pp is reasonable but if you want to have coffee after lunch that'll cost you extra, which of course brings the experience down a notch. They also have the traditional Swedasian foods, which are equally bland and boring as any other Asian food place (yes, I did try, just to make sure). All in all ok, but with room for improvement.

Very nice sushi buffet, high quality sushi, with everything included. Never tried the other hot dishes, but the sushi is in itself well worth a visit. Friendly staff, no waiting and plenty of tables when Iinvisited. Highly recommended!
