The staff were friendly and the food was made quick. I went in on a Tuesday and had their special of 3 street tacos, rice and beans, with chips and a pico. I chose Carne Asada for the meat and it was definitely cooked well. I wish the green and red sauce was a little better so it would have been poured on top with how dry it was. But I'd eat there again to try something else. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So glad this taco shop moved in!! I had the 5 street tacos al pastor which were delicious and well priced. Service was quick, especially considering it seemed like there was only one person in the kitchen. Be sure you get some salsas with your tacos though, the tacos could end up a little on the dry side without it.

Tried Ediberto's grilled chicken super burrito. Had good flavor, filling, but I thought it'd be a little bigger @ $14... I'll hit up some other menu items next time, worth the try. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I've only ordered on DoorDash so i cannot comment on service or atmosphere but lemme tell ya!! I am from Los Angeles and Im used to the best. I have come to realize i just have to accept the food here. UNTIL EDIBERTOS!!! my whole family agrees. had the Crunchy shredded beef tacos (packed w beef and so tender), burrito de asada, taco salad, tacos. we also tried the sweets, churros and bunuelos ( decent cause no one tops my Gma). anyway very good food. We got crispy chicken tacos, crispy shredded beef taco, street tacos Al Pastor combo, and rolled tacos. The beef taco was my favorite but everything was really good. They have a great selection of salsa too. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Tacos Al Pastor

My son, who works for Door Dash recommended that my wife and I give Ediberto's a try, since he makes a lot of deliveries for them. Being that I grew up in Montebello/East Los Angeles, I'm always looking for good Mexican Food Restaurants and this place didn't disappoint! The service is very friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the selection is great! Most of all, the food is absolutely delicious, as well as very authentic. My wife ordered the Chimichanga with chicken, and I ordered the Chili Relleno, with rice and beans, along with the three Soft Tacos with rice and beans. Every single item was fresh, properly made, and extremely flavorful, and we even had enough food leftover for lunch the next day. Make sure to stop at the Salsa Bar before you leave, the salsas were just like they should be, spicy and tasty! Definitely our favorite Mexican Restaurant from now on! In fact, I'm getting hungry as I write this review. Taco salad and a side order of chips with guacamole sounds pretty good right now!😉 Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wasn't that great! Charged for everything! .80 cents for a small sour cream, .50 cents for a Togo box. I had to ask for a towel to wipe a table down, and with no one else in the establishment the clerk handed me a dry towel, I had to request for it to be dampped, then he handed me a semi damp one to wipe the table myself instead of coming around to clean it for me! The food was average! I tried it once! That will be the only time. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes 5 Streets Tacos
The service was great and the restaurant was clean and nice. The food wasn't good. I got the rolled tacos the meat was tough and had no flavor. The enchiladas sauce tasted like it came from a can and was really thick. The rice tasted old and was dry. The beans were okay. The churros were hard and stale like they were warmed up after being cooked already but was the best thing they had even with it being hard and slightly burnt taste. The salsa was great and had great flavor and spice. Unfortunately Everything had like a low quality mass production taste. The prices were cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. IF I ever try it again I'll update my review. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Definitely one of my favorite places to get a burrito with some of the best salsa (bar) I've had since living in Portland/Vancouver. The Grants Pass burrito crushes a typical California burrito and is by far one of their best. I didn't really enjoy the super burrito with carnitas, it felt a little too salty; I will try chicken next. Excellent tacos/rolled tacos if you're in less of a rush and well priced. Other nearby Mexican restaurants just can't make a good dry burrito like Ediberto's! Thanks team! Hope you will be here for the long run!
