Spaghetti and Meatballs
This is a newer restaurant, in the place where Sizzling Tandoor used to be. It has been completely renovated and looks beautiful. The food was fantastic - the owner/chef (Eddie) greeted us and made the food perfectly as ordered. The fettuccini with salmon and creamy-pesto sauce was perfect. The deserts were also excellent (mango ice cream and creme brulet). Service was great, friendly and attentive. They have a beer and wine bar, and several great beers on tap (I had Henhouse IPA). We will be back and have found a new favorite in Santa Rosa.

Fritto Misto
I've eaten at Eddie's three times over the past few months. Each time has been great. The first time I had the wild boar and mushroom risotto. The second time was the braised lamb shank risotto. The third time was the green bouillabaisse. All three were fantastic. I look forward to trying more dishes.

I'm picky about these "anybody can cook it" type dinners, not true of course.
More likely anybody can ruin it.

Disappointed they did not have or were not serving espresso drinks such as cappuccinos. So I had a regular coffee, which is fine but they had to brew it.

Great place! Good vibe. Different variety of food. We got lunch. I got a crispy chicken sandwich, it was fire. My mom got the linguini and clams! She loved it. We got calamari and the mango salad for appetizers and it was yummy. 10/10.

I have eaten her various times. I even decided to have my anniversary dinner here.
The restaurant is a medium to medium-large sized restaurant. Considering the amount of tables that are available, I have always been able to walk in and be seated right away. Overall the environment is welcoming
The service has always been great. I don't have any complaints.
I love the bread they give once you are seated; I can eat five baskets of that bread!
In regards to the rest of the menu, there isn't anything on the menu that I ordered and disliked. The food is certainly made with quality ingredients and by someone who knows what they are doing. I recommend giving yourself an opportunity to enjoy Eddie's Kitchen.

This restaurant just opened recently and I had a friend tell me about it so I thought "ehh what the hell". I had taken my mom there for dinner and was blown away by the food. Its literally amazing! I've been there now 2 times and even though it's a little pricey it's worth every cent. Flavor bombs were going off every time I took a bite. I'm very particular about food and have textural issues at times and I had no problem enjoying every morsel. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable on specials and also attentive. I had ordered the Prawns Paradiso and hands down the love is made in every dish. Thank you for bringing your love for food to Santa Rosa!! Eddie your a food god!
