The food was actually terrible. It looked like a pre-cooked food that was heated. I asked for some bread, and I was given quite a large amount of bread, But it was store-bought not the bread that was actually baked inside the restaurant. Went there on a Sunday around noon. The place is clean. We were greeted right away and seated soon after. For starters, we ordered the fried calamari. For our main dish, my husband ordered the lasagna, and I ordered the chicken marsala with capellini pasta. We also ordered one of their March specials, which is a large pastrami pizza to go, for the kiddos. The fried calamari was great. Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. Came with marinara sauce and a slice of lemon. My husband said his lasagna was pretty good. When I tasted it, the sauce tasted like old sauce, maybe mixed in with fresh sauce. My chicken marsala was good. It had a lot of tender chicken, and the sauce was awesome. Now, let's get to the pastrami pizza. At $28.95 for a large, I would expect a little bit more pastrami. I felt like I was paying $28.95 for mustard and pickles. Very disappointing. I understand everything is expensive nowadays, but for a tab of over $100, we didn't even get any bread. There were no refills on the ice tea, and I had to wait for a long time for a very expensive pizza even though we ordered it when we ordered the rest of our food.
