Went for a late lunch, so not so many customers. Nice casual atmosphere. Always nice to try a sake flight. The sashimi rice bowl was nicely presented and delicious. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Chirashi Lunch

Ebi sushi has absolutely phenomenal sushi. The fish tasted so fresh leading to absolutely phenomenal sashimi and sushi. The rolls were very well prepared, even the tempura was amazing. Overall food quality was top notch. Service was also excellent and such a great lively atmosphere. Overall, it’s currently my favorite sushi in the Boston/Cambridge area and I would highly recommend it. First time here. The lunch menu online is very vague but I wanted to give this restaurant a try. Ordered the udon noodle soup with shrimp tempura for lunch takeout. A little on the salty side but that’s how I usually like it. The only issue I had and could be a big issue for someone who works in an office without any bowls is that the components of the order came in separate containers. The containers were too small to combine to make the actual noodle soup. Luckily I had a bowl from home in my office to combine everything. Otherwise there would have not been a way to have the lunch without making it annoying and very messy. I know my coworkers would not have been able to eat this as they do not have a bowl in their office. To the staff, I suggest changing how you package this particular entree. Maybe put the noodles and toppings in a bowl container with a lid and the soup as separate container. Because of the packaging and vagueness of the menu, I had to give 3 stars but I will still come back to try other items on the menu as I felt the food was good. I have been to Ebi twice, and it is still my number one recommendation for sushi in Boston, aside from omakase places. They only allow reservations for parties of six or more, so you should anticipate waiting if you go during busy hours. The first time I went was on a Saturday night and had to wait almost an hour for a table. The second time I went was for Friday lunch and was able to get a table right away. On the bright side, at least you do not have to worry about parking because there is a metered parking lot nearby. I would have knocked off a star for the service the first time I went because it was excruciatingly slow, but the quality of the sushi that eventually came out made up for everything. You MUST try the torched salmon belly. It was fatty-licious and surprisingly cheap for the size of the cut (I have had to pay $6-$7 for a single piece elsewhere before). The toro (fatty tuna belly) is also very good but goes by market price. Honestly, I enjoyed all of the sushi that I ordered, but I am also biased since I could go the rest of my life only eating sushi. The lychee drink was also good but not very strong. The warm butter cake was just okay. My only complaint is that the menu is confusing. I was still confused the second time that I went and will probably have to ask for an explanation again the next time I go. Stopped in for dinner and loved everything we ordered. There is parking available in the lot next door just let the hostess know that you are parked there. We ordered appetizers, drinks, and of course sushi. If you are having a hard time choosing they can help you select from some of their popular dishes. Had dinner on Friday there. The place doesn't take rsvp, and it does get really busy. Parking on the street is difficult because the meters used to be on the main street are gone. However, you can park in the Dunkin Donut. It is only for dine in, and you need to move your vehicle after you're done eating. Food quality was really good and fresh. The price were reasonable. Taxes and tip came to 76 per person. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I can say that those have been the most delicious Sushis I have ever tried, and I have tried them in many different restaurants in various countries. A mixture of fresh ingredients and sauces that give you an experience full of delicious and diverse flavors. The raw salmon was fresh and soft ❤️ The avocado salad is a must to try. Amanda was our waitress. She provided us with excellent service. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us recommendations based on our preferences. We bought a boat of assorted sushi, chosen with her help. All of them really delicious!! I can't wait to go there again! Cost: $$ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
