The tacos are amazing! If you're looking for a bit of traditional with a modern flare, this is the place to go. Personally, I love the Lamb, calamari, and mushroom tacos. Yes, I said mushroom taco. I'm not a vegetarian, but I also love the brussel sprout taco and the fried avocado. The guacamole is also one of the stars here. This place is a gem in downtown Northbrook. If you're looking for traditional head to the corner of Willow and Schermer. 2024-02-26 3pm lunch. Only diners there at the time. Food: beef brisket taco is best. Used to be lamb but the brisket with charred taco shell made bliss. Bone in wings appetizer was cooked well but still flavorless, requiring one of several available sauces. (No salt otherwise, as all the tacos are already well-seasoned.) Service: excellent. Atmosphere: it was clean and colorful and thanks to its windows infinitely brighter than the eatery across the street. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
