Our family stopped here from out of town and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. First of all, we had a party of 16 and there was no wait on seating...they took care of us almost immediately. Second, our waitress Shawnee was absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was so much fun, had a great sense of humor and the kids in our group had a blast with her! She is a fantastic server....our drinks were always full and she was on top of everything! Lastly....the food was great! Majority of our group got the buffet and everything was good, fresh and hot! All around a wonderful time! Thank you so much! Z was a wonderful server. Didn’t have to wait long for refills or anything we asked for. The food on the other hand. I got chicken Alfredo and it was cold and had barely any sauce on it. Just overall not good. My child got tator tots for her side and literally got 6 of them. You can just tell quality and quantity has gone downhill. Return today 8/31/2023. The food was much better. Nice and hot and delicious. Customer service reached out to me and helped resolve everything. Much better! Server was great. Left her a tip. Biggest disappointment was the food. I came from out of town, didn't want fastfood because I was in the mood for a big burger so I googled Dine In and saw this listing close by. Looked at the menu and the burgers looked deceptively bigger. Total for the meal plus fries and shake was $14. When the server bought the burger out, I was shocked. It looked like mini white castle burgers from New York. Smaller than McDonald's. 2 tiny beef patties tasting like rubber, buns pulled out of the bag and never touched the stove, tiny drip of sauce the size of a quarter just in the middle of the bun while the rest of it was dry and uncooked/unbuttered, with a few small pieces of shredded lettuce, a pickle, 1 slice of cheese with 2 patties. It seemed like the cook was trying to send out a message that he/she hates their job and purposely was trying to make the restaurant look bad. Also felt like the cook had a vendetta against the customer and "F U here is your dinner." Or he/she was in a rush and did a halfass job so they could go out and smoke a cigarette stressed out from the work load of 2 customers in the entire restaurant. I felt like I ate air. So $20 later ($14 + tip) for something I could have got from the dollar menu at McDonald's, I'm gonna spend more money on actual food. Dine in burgers are supposed to be big, grilled and tasty. The Buns are supposed to be toasted on the stove. The sauce is supposed to cover all or most of the bun. Not this microwaved garbage. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Enjoyed a football game and then came for breakfast the next day with friends based off some off the reviews and I am glad we came because we enjoyed everything. Coffee was good and my eggs and pancakes were very hot i had the super griddle and we also had the banana foster and omelettes. Not only was the food good our server chris was awesome. Chris V had a smile that was infectious and was on her game. My coffee cup was never empty and she constantly asked if we needed anything. She made the visit worthwhile. I made sure to tell her manager. I hope you get her to serve you if not ask for her. Boy, I usually don't write this much but I thought you out to know about Chris V. Very clean, well lit atmosphere. Food was tasty and brought out fast. I wish I could remember our waiters name but he was very friendly and nice Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
These are supposed to be chocolate chip pancakes. They weren't done in the middle, had no toppings like the menu says come on them. Also got an all-american scrambler w/sausage and the sausage was just a bit bigger than a 50cent piece. Not happy customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I'm a diabetic, when we ordered our meals I told the server diet soda whatever you have. She ended up serving me some watered down regular Coke. Yes I had about four to five refills because packed with ice. Then I went for my testing at WVU anesthesiologist office. We had gone to eat because we had a 3-hour wait before the anesthesia. They checked my blood sugar. My blood sugar was 429 points! Every half hour it was going up 20 points. The only thing could have caused it she was serving me Coke because I had no desserts we had one of the Angus burgers and I had to sell it bar which consisted of a cup style of chili. And some cottage cheese and lettuce tomato a little salt and pepper and a vinegar at dressing lightly. I'm sorry to say I will never go there again. That server cost me about six and a half hours of being in the hospital they were so concerned about my how high my levels were. But I'll say this too WVU emergency room sucks they did nothing for me but just keep telling me Oh it's so high oh this is getting higher. And when I would ask him what are we going to do about six and a half hours later I pulled the IV out of my arm and I told him I'm going home they said well the doctor will be in about 2:00 a.m. I said lady I've been here six and a half hours you people don't even know what you're doing you didn't give me any insulin did nothing. But prick and poke and prick and poke. But it was caused by what that server done to me she could have just said look we're out of Diet Coke. I would have had ice water with lemon. Unhappy!!

Such an exquisite place to eat with family! Our server, Robbie, made our visit so special! The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks cold and endless, and the attention paid to our party was just the perfect balance of making sure we had what we needed and giving us time to chat and share stories! The entire experience was like being cared for by a relative, and after a long drive or a busy day, when all you want in the world is something good to eat and a little time to talk with your loved ones, this is the place to go. People feel loved here. The food is so tasty, with something for everyone, from our nine-year-old to the dad who loves spicy things to an uncle who loves bacon and a mom who can have gluten but really shouldn't. The servers understand families here, and have the respect to ask whether a young lady of nine will require a lid, knowing some prefer it (ours likes it, as she hates to spill even a drop on the coloring page of the kids' menu, but her one aunt refused one as undignifed at that same age,) and don't bat an eye when kids ask for diet. (You wouldn't believe the odd looks some servers at other places give. Not here! Kids are respected here as part of the family!) My partner and I used to eat here occasionally as broke students when our parents visited or for the most special of occasions, I ate at other Eat n' Parks as a child and these days we live too far away to take our little girl to the lovely old Eat n' Park. The Christmas commercial with the tree, the Smiley cookies, it's all part of my expat-Pittsburgher, WVU-grad heritage, and for weeks, our daughter has talked of taking her uncle there. She remembered Eat n' Park mainly from family stories and visits to Pittsburgh as a little thing, and she was so excited to visit one now that she is a great big girl of nine, planning a trip herself. (It is entirely possible that she got...perhaps a little confused between our stories of Eat n' Park, 'Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies' and the scenes in 'Rent' at the Life Cafe after Maureen's show, this child's grandparents were WVU theater majors and she seemed a little puzzled at the lack of musical numbers, but the food was so very good and she was so absolutely enchanted by Smiley cookies, we persuaded her that those must happen when the theater majors eat there, i.e., after plays.) Everything was so lovely, I was honestly surprised by the bill. In these times, I'm used to paying much, much more for such an experience. We will be back again soon!
