Went to Eat n Lick Mutare and was very disappointed by the services I received. The shop assistants were not attentive. The chips looked and tasted horrible. The burger meat tasted bad.

Avoid this place like a plague. The customer service is the pits. Went to their eatery in downtown mutare and a cashier named Muchaneta was extremely rude even when the guy who claimed to be the shift manager (Tatenda) tried to Intervene. She literally said they don't give change to people who buy things for $1. Avoid it eat n lick to save yourself from any embarrassing moments

A lot needs to be done on staff training especially on customer service care. You do get some people who are just nice but I don't think it's enough to set the standard.The importance of customers should be made a priority in all retail outlets. The other thing I keep noticing is the handling of Sharwamas, something needs to be done..maybe if they use a scoop than using hands will make it more hygienic. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

- Slow service though there's so many staff members milling around - Staff wasn't polite, the lady didn't seem keen to explain how it works, what's on offer- in spite of the fact that I told her that I hadn't bought from there before. - Was disappointed with the pizza - Place seems clean. But how you relate to clients can make or break your business I won't be going back Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Could do better. In the mornings they warm up stay food. I have had three different encounters with warmed stay food Service Take out Meal type Breakfast

Shawama well prepared some call it kebab. Tastes very good and it's meaty mixed with chips and some lettuce leaves. Another way to enjoy fresh chips without too much fat as they are well mixed together. Unique test and unforgettable. The place looks hygienic and well maintained good restrooms with plenty of space. At the other one the toilets are not accessible to those on wheel chairs .

They have a huge bold print that says THE HOME OF THE BEST SHAWARMA IN THE WORLD on one of their walls but trust me if their Shawarma was a Movie it would be Leroy and Stitch, yes I said LEROY and Stitch NOT LILO and Stitch the sequel we just indulged in but quickly forgot about again. Anyway they have a nice setup, I am told the joint used to be an old Nandos Place.
