We were waiting over an hour to get a table where we have noticed that the staff is prioritising other clients. I was there on the morning where we were advised by a rude person that they are not making any reservations. We have decided to go in and wait for an evening meal. However were we have noticed that other locals are passing by the queue, we have decided to ask the staff what is going on. We were advised that locals are having a " special " reservation! When requested to speak with the manager very rude " blonde" girl with ukrainian accent started to shout at me, despite my asking to lower her voice and let me speak with her manager. Other man had to calm her down, however she was still going on!!! She has made me very embarrassed and ashamed for nothing! She has abused me on front of my child!!! Absolutely no respect for people!!! After that the man was kind to offer us a " special reservation table" noting that they are not making table reservations!!! The ukrainian girl was still going on with her shouting noting that we have not spoke with her anymore! Absolutely unpleasant staff, no respect to other people!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely shocking! Food was either under cooked or overcooked. Presentation was beyond poor, and staff absolutely clueless on what they were doing! After being refused on 3 dishes that had to be sent back because children were gagging on them we were still made to pay for those dishes, that blew into unnecessary dispute with owners who essentially threatened us with police... I have worked as restaurant owner myself and never met such poor standards and arrogant uneducated owners. Stay away for your own good, at best you will vomit or catch food poisoning I

I stopped at this restaurant because kids want dinner. The wife was surprised when, after receiving the meal, the price suddenly changed. Dinner tasting good like homemade but I think they are using tourists...

Unfortunately the standard of this restaurant has gone down dramatically ! Food is very salty, slow service and my chicken was still raw! My partners fish was dry and looked like cardboard. Not to mention something so simple like a cup of tea didn't arrive either! Seams many other customers on our visit were also having similar problems. Very sad to see this place go down ☹️👎

Well, usually I don't give 1 star reviews because that means I'm really mad. I'm not. Simply. Food is reheated in microwave. Menu is written professionally so I'm gonna guess that they know something about hospitality. A la Carte menu and reheated food means you're gonna close and honestly you shouldn't be open at all. Service didn't attend table after taking order at all. No one asked if it's ok, do we need something. After we finished for next 20 min no one took the plates. Place was almost empty. They r really young and without floor manager that's normal. Place look's sterile and unfinished, dim the lights down and you'll get a nice comfy vibe. Get a supervisor or manager. Throw the microwave out of kitchen or throw the chef. Whatever. Hospitality is a production and service industry, you have none of it.

We ate here for lunch or dinner 5 of the 7 days we were in Zakopane. Lots of choices, the staff is very friendly and one night we were able to listen to local folk music! Pierogies are hand made, ribs are huge and the cabbage is done in a true polish style.

Poor quality polish cuisine. We had meat dumplings for starters, they were greasy and a little undercooked. For mains I had the pork 'slebody', it was a poor quality schnitzel, with unappetising batter alongside an overcooked potato pancake. To make things worse they asked my girlfriend if she wanted fries or potatoes with her roast mutton dish (implying that this was part of the meal). They added the cost of the fries to the bill and also charged for a portion of ketchup. The fries appeared to be reheated. Needless to say we didn't leave a tip and won't be back. Avoid!

A great restaurant just along the road from Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima serving a wide range of dishes including both local and traditional Polish. On the few occasions we’ve visited there has a live band playing fantastic local music as many of the restaurants in the area have but if you visit later in the evening it isn’t quite so busy.

We've been there for Christmas Eve. Good food with almost no limit. Very friendly stuff. We got lots of delicious cake to take home where we were leaving. Thanks.

Homely place with lively music. Food was of course not high class Michelin star style but tastes of home cooking. A really nice place.
