So I hope this is for the Dutch in Wasco, CA. My daughter and I went after having lunch down the street. We went to pick up a mango smoothie with a soft top parfait. The drink in itself was good however the experience we had waiting to get our drink order done was below the expectation I've EVER experienced in any Dutch. When we got in line there was only one guy taking orders. He wasn't telling vehicles or trucks to pull forward so the line seemed longer than it should have. However, another guy decided to help out and take orders. That didn't speed up the process really because instead of going to the next vehicle (which should of been us) was skipped a few times because he was just taking his side of car line. When it was our turn the guy on our side seemed to go inside but in reality went with the other guy to chat with that vehicle. Then after he took our order didn't even tell us who we were behind of. Just walked away to the vehicle behind us.
We really want to like this location because its the closest one to us however we are willing to drive 20-30 minutes away and know we'll be getting the treatment that we know Dutch is known to give. Honestly you'd think that they just opened the location how bad that service was. Hopefully their operator or owner will look into it and takes care of it before he loses business. I can tell you already I've heard complaints of this location already so who knows how bad it really is and it just hasn't been taken care of
