Let me just start off by saying I'm not huge on sweetened coffee/drinks. But I occasionally get Dutch Bros gift cards so why not?
I prefer to support small local coffee shops over chains, but there are some local small businesses nearby with awful service that I refuse to go back to simply because of how the workers treated me. I do not care if their product was amazing or not.
As someone who worked in the food industry and used to be a manager for 5 years, I know good service when I see it. The employees here are always fantastic - never making me feel rushed, and never pressuring me to upgrade/join/sign up or any other nonsense. I order what I want and I'm always treated so kindly. It makes me so happy just to pull up through the drive thru knowing I'll be helped by awesome employees. True good service is rare nowadays and always a beautiful thing to see.
