I've never had a bad experience. Always friendly, knowledgeable, great manners, usually prompt with service but on an accession or two when they were slammed with customers I've had a short wait but during that time they with have a light-hearted conversation making the wait seem shorter, and eager to help. The one complaint I have is when they're out there in line taking orders and cars that showed up long after I was there were being served before me. That happened mostly when they opened up although it can and will and does still happen from time to time. Overall a good experience.
