This is the first and last time I will visit this Dutch Brothers. While ordering, the gal literally asked me how to make a caramel macchiato. I"s it like a latte? Like a breve?" While I was still three cars back from being at the window, they bring my coffee out but I'm stuck in line because they have a line of cars that are paying with cash. They collect the credit cards when you place an order but you have to drive to a window to pay cash and hold up the entire line. No wonder the lines are so long. I'll stick with Starbucks. I love their large selection of drink flavors and their rebels especially make me want to come back almost daily lol. The service is always great and I always feel like family when I’m either at the drive thru or the walk up and order. They always play a great playlist that makes me in a great mood for the day ahead of me Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

First time having a Dutch Bros Coffee today. Visited the morning and wow, what amazing service and great drink. I had a large Hot Golden Eagle. It was Vanilla & Caramel Breze with Caramel Drizzle. I highly recommend this location and this drink. Price per person $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love dutch bros but this one makes me not want to come. the drive through line will always be 30 minutes and if you decide to walk up then you are also waiting 30 minutes. I watched more cars pull up and they got their drinks before i did even though ive been there for 15 minutes waiting for one drink. this is the only dutch bros that takes forever. this place needs better customer service. I could go to the smallest dutch bros and have my drink in 15 minutes. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today, I purchased an Iced Carmelizer, Green Passion Fruit Tea, and a Banana Walnut Bread. The women who assisted w/ the order this morning had been very friendly. I think mist spray in the outdoor seating area would prove beneficial considering the elevated heat. I usually order at the window near the seating area to prevent lengthy waiting in my vehicle. New Dutch bros up north! They need to make one up north by I-17. Glad they can make the caramelizer in a kids cup. The peach tea taste like Snapple. My sister likes the captain crunch frost.
