They are ambitious. So many options, but I guess I was not the customer for this. My drink was creamy, not.too sweet, and had a good taste. What makes Dutch Bros Coffee so popular is the great customer service. The employees work hard and still greet you with a smile on their face. The employee at the window was awesome. She was working on Saturday evening 3/2/24. Kudos to her! Friendly service the way it used to be. Even though the drive thru can be long and you’ll have to be very patient here, you can count on great service from the employees. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Coffee was actually good. Had my order the way I wanted it. Wait was 1 hour. The people directing traffic need to do better. First and last time coming here. Since there is no system I thought it was a 1 car go, 1 car wait before the pick up window and thought it was my turn, but apparently i cut off the other car. Either they need a green light /red light or person directing traffic before the window. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
