The staff is usually pretty friendly and the drinks are usually pretty good, but, today's Dutch Love wasn't made anywhere near the one that was made yesterday. It was bitter, had no soft top and none of the sugar cookie taste. Kinda a let down. I've only ever had one other negative experience when I purchased a mocha and got a hot chocolate instead.. Hopefully these were one offs, I'm not super keen to keep spending money on drinks if the consistency isn't there even while they're busy. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

My first time at Dutch Bros. I don’t drink coffee but I am a big fan of good hot chocolate. The young lady who helped me at the drive up was very friendly and knew her stuff. Stopped here to get my birthday drink on Sunday. As busy as it looked the line went quickly!! I got a Strawberry Lavender Tea and it was DELICIOUS!!!! It’s definitely my new favorite. Keep up the great work!! Service Take out Meal type Lunch

Normally I would give this place multiple stars, but not today. I pulled into their drive through because that's all they have unless you want to walk up and I waited. I was the second car in line and there were no other cars behind me or in the other lane. The employee who was outside taking orders saw me pull up. A few minutes later another car pulled in in the lane next to me. Instead of taking my order, she walked over to the other lane and proceeded to take the customer's order who arrived several minutes after me. I had and the other customer had just gotten there. Thr employee could clearly see that. There were several people in the car and had a feeling that every one of them was going to order because they were all adults so I decided to leave. So to the asshat who didn't wait his turn, I say, "Your mama should have raised you better" and to the idiot who works for this operation who intentionally ignored me, I tell her, " Great job...NOT...you just lost a $5/tip and your location a customer for life!" They might be busier and you might have to wait a little bit, but I would head over to the West Jordan location as the kids there can count cars and they know who was there first! On October 30th I went to Dutch bros around 5 pm before my dance recital to order the drink I usually get! There were two baristas there I had never seen before and one of them looked like she could have been a manager but I wasn’t sure.. anyways, when I got my drink, I noticed a weird message was written on my cup and the two girls working were just laughing as I was reading it. The message read “we hate you.” With a heart and a smiley face next to it.. I felt uncomfortable and drove off.. I took a break from Dutch bros cuz of this situation until last night. I went to get that same drink and ended up telling the barista what happened! She was soooo nice and caring to me! She expressed how sorry she was and was very very nice to me. I showed her the picture and video I took of my cuz from the last time as proof and she made me feel so good about myself and it made me realize there are good and bad in everyone and there was definitely good in this girl! Her name was micky I think and I will definitely be back because she was so nice after that night! Idk who the other girls were but I hope everyone can learn from micky and her kindness to me. I’ve been to Dutch Brose two times before and was very unhappy with the drinks. My girlfriend is here from Canada so we chose to give it one more try expressed our previous experience to the workers and they went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our drinks and gave us the best experience . Definitely recommend Dutch Bros for the right drink. The staff are incredible!

I go to Dutch brothers all the time in Layton. My brother lives in Sandy and so we went to this location today! All I can say is WOW so nice! I am always treated well but this location is above and beyond nice! Thank you for making my day and my pug got lots of love as well! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They filled an oversized plastic cup with cold brew only part way, very small amount, then added too much ice. The cold brew itself was the worst I've ever had anywhere, anytime. I drink coffee black, so I'm very aware of the quality. Sad to have such a poor experience. I'll never go back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
