Durban Station is a scare🥺🤞🏾 the distance from drop of to where you get a taxi to take you into town is way too long. Anything could befall you there and you could get either, mugged, robbed or kidnapped 😫 people jumping out of nowhere wanting to assist you to carry your bags, of you are traveling alone ALWAYS pretend as if there's someone you're with and never ask for help from a person you don't know🤦🏾♀️ can't stress this part enough. Mind your belongings and make sure you keep money and phones in your breast🤣😂 this might sound funny but it's the safest place not your purse.

I suggest if you're not familiar with the location just don't use Umngeni road entrance to avoid being mugged or picked pocketed. Rather use the opposite entrance it is more secured with extra security
The place is nice, you can find almost everything under one roof and their prices are affordable but I suggest they must have a parcel counter because I didn't feel safe living my parcel on the foor while entering the shop.
